  • Following are the common documents required to be submitted to Indian Customs and other authorities.

    • Auothority Letter in favour of Custom House Agent
    • Know Your Client (KYC).
    • Certificate of Importer Exporter Code Number (IEC)
    • Certificate of Permanent Account Number (PAN)
    • Certificate of Industrial Licence
    • Certificate of Central Excise Registration
    • Certificate of Sales Tax (VAT) Registration
    • Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC)
    • Form 'N' in triplicate and Undertaking.
      (Note: Both the pages of 'N' Form must be printed on the front and back side of the same paper)

  • Following standard documents are required to be submitted to Indian Customs for Import Clearance.

    • Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Bill of Lading (Duly discharged by bank if a bank name is appearing on B/L as consignee) OR
    • Airway Bill, (Bank Delivery Order if bank name is appearing on AWB as consignee)
    • Cargo Arrival Notice / Freight Certificate
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Certificate of Insurance / Inusrance Premium Receipt
    • Purchase Order / Indent / Contract / Proforma Invoice / Order Confirmation
    • Letter of Credit (If any)
    • Litreture / Certificate of Analysis / Test Certificate / Catalogue / Drawing / Technical Write up
    • Import Declaration
    • GATT Valuation Declaration
